DAYS OFF BEFORE PRMC ????

How many days off from training do you think is wise before going for your PRMC ??? I was thinking 3 -4.. Any ideas ???

Well mate as you know my prmc is the 30th ... so i'll be stopping training today, only doing a 60min swim. probably do a small easy 30 min one 2moro ubt thats it. So yeah its generally said about 3-4 days rest.

I dont think you could have 4-5 days off it would be really hard to settle i think.
