Determination Test.

I've seen in some PRMC diaries that there's a "determination test".

What is this test exactly?

it replaced the "hard warm up" before the assault course its now done after and is apparently approx. a 20 minute 'extra phys' including press ups burpees sprints sit ups etc from what i hear its the hardest part of the course, just to see how u cope when your zonked basically!

Oh and if you drop out of it you haev failed the course. It isent plesent but hey nor are cold showers but it wont change
