Hi lads,

After looking online for a while for a diet planner that gives u more than just a weeks idea of what to eat 5 times a day ive come across this site that gives a long list of different meal ideas for breakfast,dinner,lunch and snacks and also tells u how many calories carbs fat and protein each food product has and u can chop and change all ideas to suit your needs for that day.
After setting your plan out for the week u can then get a shopping list to print off for all the food products u will need.
If like me u havent got time to run around looking for diet food books or spend hours on line looking for meal ideas its worth taking a look.
