Diet Suggestions for a 15 Year Old?

    Hello There!

    I would love to say thank you to all who spoke within my last couple threads, giving me advice on exercise.

    I would like to add that i have lost nearly 20KG since then!

    Alright, moving onto the main part of this thread,

    I am looking for diet suggestions to build muscle, and further help my cardiovascular abilities.

    Any input would be greatly appreciated!

    Nothing better than a well balanced healthy meal! Recruits in training get 4 meals a day and that’s all they need considering the amount of calories needed in a day of training and what they accomplish. No need for extra dietary stuff or supplements just a good balanced meal!
