Hey, Im David Im 16 and currently trainin for the Marines i was wunderin if any1 has any diet tips what to eat what not to eat ect it would really help thanks David

morning - weetabix + bananna, go for a run, protein shake afterwards

afternoon - chicken and ham sandwich

3pm snack - more cereal

dinner - circuit workout followed by a nice 10 stone steak

supper - protein shake

pack in the protein

Just eat real food.
Meat except Pork (chicken especially)
Fish
Fruit
Veg (more than fruit)
Real carbs i.e wholemeal bread, potatoes, pasta.
Don't drink too much juice, solid fruit is much better and you should have as much water as possible.

Nothing processed, nothing with lots of fat, and nothing with lots of salt or sugar.

You don't need a structured diet, just eat what's healthy and reject what's not, it won't take long to get used to it.
