Different colour bibs worn by recruits during phys.

Hi everyone, I've watched a few Troop videos found online and I've seen videos of their early stage training on Twitter etc. I see that some recruits, not many, wear different colour bibs during the exercise sessions... Why is this? There are always about 5 or 6 recruits that are wearing bibs while the rest don't.

They are recruits who are prospective PT Superior recipients. The PT1 will be paying them extra attention to ensure they're up to the standard to earn the PT Medal.

Oh ok I understand now, thank you. So that bib is something you should be aiming for when in recruit training and ROP.
