Effective Core Circuit

I’m looking at incorporating the following movements into an effective core circuit, what would be the best way to structure these and for how long etc?

1min plank
Russian Twists
Leg Raises
Ab Circles
Side Plank
Windshield Wipers
L-Sits
Burpees

I suppose you could do it EMOM style (every minute on the minute), or break it up into 2 minute rounds with a 15 second rest between each exercise.

Personally, if I was going to do this circuit I'd do it like this:

25 Leg Raises
2 Minute Ab Circles
1 Minute L-Sit
2 Minute Russian Twists
1 Minute Plank
1 Minute Side Plank (Each side)
2 Minute Windshield Wipers
50 Burpees

Repeat 5-10 times depending how hard I feel like going, what I said is just a couple of ways to make that a good circuit at the end of the day it's up to you, how fit you are and how much of a burn you're after.
