Hi guys just a quick question. I understand boiling an egg makes it easier for me to get the egg white but i was going to follow up on some advice someone gave me a while back suggesting to put 2 egg whites into a bowl of porridge. So i realise you crack the egg but then what? To me it looks like the yoke and the white are attached so do i just separate the white from the yoke and then put it in the bowl? Sorry for the stupid question *text deleted*. Cheers guys.

crack the egg and open only a small slit so that the white falls through the crack and the yoke stays inside. You never seen yah mum do this before?! hehe

When I had to remove yoke, I'd just empty the liquid into a bowl and then scoop out the yoke with a spoon.

And ofcourse, be careful with raw eggs.
