Only if you use the boots online skin tone matcher. And if it doesn't clash with your lipstick and eye shadow.

Can I at least get my combats in skinny fit and a crop jacket? And maybe give the boots some blue laces? Green does bring out my eyes though.

Another thing to bring is your thickest puffa jacket. Nothing the training teams like more than a man who turns up both warm AND fashionable.

@SCOTTY6 , you asked a bona fide question and it's kind of degenerated into a ........., just take whats on the list you were given mate, get down there and smash it. Good luck.

I don't know if it's on the list but it's something that won't take up any space in your kit: Condidence.

You've trained hard to get to where you are. Now is the time to adjust your mindset. Rock up at CTCRM respectful of the task ahead of you but not intimidated by it. When you bump into other blokes on the train and at Exeter St David's railway station don't be overawed by their allegedly Olympian training stats. What matters now more than numbers alone really is your 'state of mind'.

Stay 'switched on' and alert; this is the opportunity of a lifetime. Sieze it and crack on. Best of luck to you and to the others on this PRMC.

Actually being serious for once, this really is important. Unlike almost any trial or job interview, you don't have to beat anyone. At all. So even if the guy next to you can run his 1.5 in 2 minutes, if you can run it and pass then you're golden. You may not be the best and almost certainly not at everything but you're there to pass and win a place in RT. The only time you need to win is on the EC. Good luck mate, we're all behind you!

@SCOTTY6 fun and games aside, get down there and smash it.

From reading around the forum, it wouldnt hurt to double up on towels, socks, undies, probably tshirts, might be smart to bring plastic bin bags to keep the dirty small stuff like socks and undies separate from the clean stuff. Maybe a pen and a notepad? Pack your bag so everything is accessible.

At the end of the day its down to the standards and whether the individual shapes up, so get in, give it your best shot and take a fat juicy chunk out of it. And if you feel like you cant go on, take a look at the pt or whatever trained rank is there, the beret, the flash, and say thats going to be yours some day. Or just tell that part of your mind to "SHUT UP!!"

Best of Luck to you! ;)
