Just got of the phone my PRMC has been dated 4th Dec - 7th Dec!!
It's been 13 months since i applied foe the RM! and i'm so happy its unreal!! All i have to do now is my Security Check! and i'm done !!

Just thought i would share this with you fellas!

Nope i failed first time round :evil:

So i've been training for nearly 8 months since the PRMC..
also problems at home which delayed it abit.

Fuch Yeah!

Had a few off weeks! drinking heavily on the weekends, but i've got my self back on the right track! i went for a 5 mile run last night, i seem to fast pace it with ease. Press ups i can crack about 58 on, Situps 96, and pull ups are fine! so yeah fingers crossed!

i know. Nearly gone though and ready to start light training again. Ive been swimming alot and going to the gym alot lately and its been helping alot, I just cant wait to throw some running in there aswell! Hopefully Ill be attending a pre-prmc in RMR Tyne sometime next month and then if i beast that theyll get me back booked in for PRMC asap.

Buy a new pair of trainers? I've bought new trainers every 3 months, i've only ever had shin splints once, thats when i started training!

I know I should shouldnt I. Thing is though I wont be running in trainers much whilst in RT so I just cant see the point in getting some good ones if Im just going to get shin splints anyway. Anyway I dont think I will get them back. Itlljust be very very light running n slowly slowly build up.

Yeah but if you buy a good pair of trainers, i;e £65 which im doing this Friday! that can help you build up! your still going to use them after your PRMC and thats a good month and a half untill RT
