Yeah been doing longer runs most of the time (4 / 5 per week) and then a few pjft mocks aswel, doing them after a crossfit workout so I'm already blowing out my ass haha! Getting around 9.50 ish..so need to increase that for sure, running is hard for me haha!

Anyone got any idea how long I should try and get my prmc away if I get choice? Like what's a good amount of time to get my run time down??

Well sits up are fine, pull ups are are around 6 so that could be improved, and push ups are awful, hardly even getting to 40 mate, so it's just running and push ups I *text deleted* sort, I think there's roughly month waiting I think that should be ok or am I just being hopeful?

At the end of the day it's all about how you feel, keep working on the runs, hill sprints, pull ups and press ups and you should be good to go. :)
