FINALLY maxed out 60 press ups

I've finally maxed out 60 press ups all in one go, and just over a minute too.

My little routine i stuck too seemed to do the trick! im so chuffed 8)

but i seem to struggle after the 60th! and i want to stay up for the full 2 minutes.

1st week i done 3-5 reps of 30 press ups.

2nd week i done 3-5 reps of 50 press ups.

i also do quite alot of press ups randomely during the day.

Just keep working on the muscle endurance and the technique.

jk did you just do this randomley throughout the day? or did you do it after your run..i have 5 weeks to get better at press ups *text deleted* i can only do 40 *text deleted* :cry:

Randomely through out the day, whenever i'm playing on my xbox, watching TV, and also after my run.
