Okay so they tell you to aim to do 60 push ups in 2 minutes, I always do 40 before bed and tonight I timed myself and I did all 40, prefect form and fully extended to lock arms and right back down a few cms off the floor, all in 40 seconds..
So what if I (if I'm not totally exhausted) do 60 before the 2 minutes is up on PRMC?
