Hi Guys
Im 15 And Looking For A Good Fitness Plan To Carry Out Because I Have Just Been Doing A Few Runs And A Few Circuits So Im Looking For A Good Fitness Plan To Follow To Start Me On Track Towards My PRMC

If you give us a bit more info we may be able to help you out.

For example -

What's your current level of fitness ?

- Running - Distance / times ?
- Press-ups / sit-ups / pull ups etc ?
- Are you overweight etc ?

How long have you been training ?

- What have you been doing in the past ?

Are you involved with any kind of sport ?

Any injuries ? ( past / present ) ?

Do you have access to any equiptment / gym ?

Anything else that could be relevant ?

Hi Jake,

Welcome to the site buddy,

Hope you get some good info and as long as you remember to do a decent warm up before you start any exercise, just about what ever you do at your age will be be beneficial to your fitness. Personally at your age I'd just stay of the weights and concentrate on your running and press ups.

Well I Would Say Im At A Normalish Level Of Fitness

- Running - Distance / times ?
1.5m Is Around 10mins
and 3mile is about 25/30 mins

- Press-ups / sit-ups / pull ups etc ?
Press Ups Around 50/60 In 2 Mins
Sit Ups 70 2Mins
Pulls Ups Well Never Tried

- Are you overweight etc ?
Nope Just Normal

How long have you been training ?
For The Pst 8/10 Months But Not Really Intense

- What have you been doing in the past ?
Only Really Been Doing Exercise/Sport For The Last Year Or So

Are you involved with any kind of sport ?
Rugby, Football And Some Athletics

Any injuries ? ( past / present ) ?
Erm Disclocated Me Knee 4Months Ago

Do you have access to any equiptment / gym ?
Gym, Got A Rowing Machine 2 Exercise Bikes Weights Etc At Home

Anything else that could be relevant
Really Just Want An Exercise Plan To Keep Too and Some Dietry Suggestions... Thanks For The Help

Hello Jake!

My suggestion would to just go running 4-5 nights a week, get your cardio up first, then get yourself into a little routine!
