Fitness progression

Thought it would be good to have a thread whereby people post their fitness progression, and how they did it. To show other people that they can do it.

Ill go first- in december of i could only do about 35 sit ups to bleep, now i can do about 60. I did this by using shaun lerwills ‘gainers’ exercise

Only 30 press ups 2 years ago, now maxing the press-ups with 60 reps after the 1.5 miler. Again used Sean Lerwill's gainers method - best method out there I'd say.

Running capability went through the roof, by building up to higher mileage (30 miles + p/w).
Was running with a hr monitor at 165bpm before i could muster 9min miles, now with the same hr i can do 7;45 miles comfortably hard. 5 runs a week, added 1/2 a mile to each run a week. Did some sprints at goal pace (6 min per mile) twice a week. Now going to be adding speed sessions and lets see the improvement i can make!
