Fitness questions joining RMR

What should I focus on? I have a rough idea but am waiting until covid gets under control do I can start training in gym again

Running (10km, tempo, hill sprints), push ups, pull ups, sit ups, burpees. Throw some extra calisthenics in, practice some crawls etc and you'll be golden. No gym necessary.

Also some swimming but depends on your current level how much a focus that needs; ability to tread water for a few mins, swim down and grab a brick and do some lengths.

I have a pool at my gym I use that sometimes but hopefully lockdown ends thanks for the advice!

As well as cardio do non-impact cardio as well like swimming cycling etc. That's what my brother did on his rest days and what he did before training, so he was able to rest but still swam so he did some exercise.
