Heyyyyyyy, you stole that cadets idea off me =@ *text deleted*.

Any basic training routine on here comes down to this:

Run till you collapse and do press ups/pull ups till you poop your self.

Or the reverse for some people.
End of day you need to find something that suits you too.

Plan

Luke: Plan your training based on days of the week.

My training, these years on is different, but you could work your running and gym routines in a similar way.

Monday: Ninjutsu
Tuesday: Gym - 1 hour - weight training + Running Machine
Wednesday: Tabletennis in local leagues
Thursday: Gym - 1 hour weight training + Running Machine
Friday: Tabletennis - Coaching kids
saturday: Ale and more ale.
Sunday: Gym 1 hour weight training

Now for the circuit training example:

Monday 3 mile run - fast pace
Tuesday Weight training
Wednesday 6 Mile run - steady pace
Thursday Weight training
Friday Cycling - 10 miles
Saturday Rest
Sunday rest

There's loads of examples that the guys do on this site. Come on men post your examples for the guy.

Cheers

Steve

i wouldnt advise u to do this, as you can cause urself injury, i got really sore wrists from doing to many pressups, u can also strain the are just under your ribcage from doing too many situps, just find a confortable routine, one that does knacker you but so you can recover and do it again the next day for 8 weeks or so
