    My RT is 6th March, do you know easter leave dates and if possible summer and Xmas?

    Do the leave dates apply only to recruits?
    All being well my son will pass out in July 2017. And not sure what happens after that

    Usually the newly lidded RMs get the weekend off then return to CTC for two weeks to assist with training exercises. After that they might get sent to Leconfield for driver training after which they will then go to the unit they have been drafted to.

    I'm pretty sure Leccy shuts down during August so leave dates would depend on where he is after pass out.

    When in July is he due to pass out (fingers crossed!)?

    Once you have passed out leave will not always follow set dates and is liable to be changed at short notice . Cancellation insurance is a must ! (And you can be recalled from leave as well !)

    Good point.

    Also for those about to commence recruit training and planning holidays, don't forget you can be taken out of phase two training and deployed operationally within UK in the case of heightened UK security measures.
