Hey all,

Just wanted to know on a daily basis (additional question; how often are there PTs)

Anyway, what are the frequent exercises that you would do in RT PT?

Press-Ups, Sit-Ups, Pull-Ups, Stomache Crawls, Wheelbarrows etc.

Just curious, thank you in advanced.

Up until week 10 its mainly just Pressups, situps, pullups, lots of sprints and lots of rope climbs with a specific technique. You'll find that you feel tired before the actual workout has started so practice doing hard 45 min sessions and then going for a 1 hour swim for example which is also quite common in RT. Swimming isnt too hard and the BST is easy so along as your confident underwater and can do a few lengths you'll pass. i think we did 4-5 sessions a week unless we were on an exercise or had a lot of lectures but they will always make up for lost PT.

I think during one week we did double IMF sessions on 4/6 days and singles on the others. Plus swims thrown in. You'll be tired just assume that much haha. But the average week could have 4-5 sessions with maybe 1 or 2 being double sessions
