Hi everyone, just interested to know if anyone has had success using just gainers or would it be an idea to chuck a few circuits in also. Any feedback would be much appreciated

I do a few HIIT based circuits, 8 exercises (you choose exercises, however i like to stick to the ones that will help with PRMC, like squat jumps etc) 30 seconds per exercise AMRAP, 10 seconds inbetween each exercise and then 2 mins rest at the end of each circuit, four times!

Worked for me! Takes about half an hour and depending on the exercises you choose, will use little to no exercise equipment. Good luck with your training!
