Apologies if this has been explained in a different thread but I was hoping somebody could answer some questions on gainers for me please.

I get the concept of it and everything but I would like to know if there is a time between each set for them to be effective or if they are supposed to be done as a superset.

I’d also like to know wether I can use this method for sit ups.

I have been smashing a couple hundred out each day of press ups and sit ups in various routines and I’m yet to find anything that works for me. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
