Eggs, Meat, Protein shakes, fruit, vegetables and more protein. Go for a run everyday varying the lenghts and the type of run. EG: Sometimes go for runs that consist of sprinting 50 meters then walking 50 meters, this improves the recovery time of your heart rate. And other days just go for long runs to improve stamina. But remember it's not easy at first.
