First of all congrats. I had a few of my old lads in your troop.

Going to 43 as a first draft is a rubbish ( Exactly what happened to me all those years ago).
The corps should be sending lads straight to units!!
What is 43 compared to regular unit?

43 Cdo is the nuclear protection facility. It is responsible for the security of the nuclear subs based at Faslane, as well as the protection of escorting nuclear weapons when they are being transferred.

hi huge congratulations, can i ask how it felt having tbe restrictions on your passing out? was it the same ceremony, do they video it for your family? they must be so proud of you
Doing passout on Friday. Basically it's the same sort of ceremony but we've been told we might be allowed a max of 2 guests . I don't have anyone coming anyway so I'm not that bothered but some lads are disappointed

Congrats friend! Just a question about fitness what did you struggle on the most? If you could start again would you do anything different? Train different or anything!
Many thanks for your time and congratulations!
Yeah I would have did alot of walking about with 15kg with a backpack . At 4-5 mph for 2 to 4 hours a couple times a week. It's a sort of walking that nobody expects to be tough but it is and it's good for phys

Congratulations ! ....what a journey ...true resilience.
My nod has been in training over 2 years; it's been a real rollercoaster but he's still there and determined to get that green lid.
All the best.

I think I’d seen your troop on Monday on bottom field when I walked past!

Congratulations!
