the only thing im slightly worried about is the 3 miler, is it mostly on a flat road or does it go off road and up hills and stuff ?

and for the press up and sit ups what u ave to do in 2 mins, do u ave to do them to a bleep or is it as fast as u can in 2 mins?

its mostly flat the hills arent really noticeable
and the 2min pressups etc are just how many u can do in the 2 mins max 60 for press ups and 80 for situps

no u just have to be in press up position, if *text deleted* knees touch the ground its over so but theyll tell u when your there

hey keeton

breath and relax mate, i know it`s not easy but your too close to the date to change anything now. when the blood pumping and the PTI shouting at you, you`ll run like the wind and bang loads of press up out!

on the 3 miler do they do the 1st 1.5 mile in 12.30 as a squad thn the best effort 1.5 mile on the way bak has 2 b under 10.30?

think i heard it sum were but not sure

not quiet sure mate, just when you get in the squad make sure your near the front right next to the PTI, it give you a real boost and a good constant pace, compared to been at the back.
