i was recently working in my local pub
when i got chatting to an ex marine!
On rememberance day
he gave me a really good talk and some really good advice
& also because the pub was quiet he gave me some drills which really pushed me!
one of them was lie down horizontal on 3 bar stools one under the heels the other the backside and the third one the head!
he them moved the middle stool away and i had to pass that bar stool up and under my bodywith out it touching the floor
i did 32..
it really pushed me
he gave me alot of confidence and has made me want it even more now:)

I seen this test with bar stools before. When I was in the TA we had some American reserves come over to take part in training with us and there was this really hot blonde bird amongst them. She was seriouly fit ;-) she did this for nearly 5 minutes.
