Groin strain

I was doing some stretching a few days ago and pulled a muscle in the inside of my thigh. It's not a major pain, but it's stopping me from running pain free and doesn't seem to be shifting as I'm using it all the time when I'm walking.

Anyone got any tips to shift this? I really need to lose it in a few days max as I have my acquaint day in a couple of weeks.
