Found out my 3 mile run is actually 2.5 miles and my times are around 22:40. I am proper gutted and feel I've started my application way too early.
On the plus side I know I need to be training more seriously so I'm applying for gym membership tomorrow and I'm going to get an intense routine drawn up. I don't want to fail when the going gets tough.

Going to the gym will help, but when doing a proper run, you could do it on the running machine but adjust the level so its like a bit of a hill because somenone said the run is uphill.

Yea I'll be running with incline on. Just went to the gym, 'membership sales team don't start till 09:00' :roll:
