Gym/Bottomfield pass out etc..

Is there a post anywere stating when you have the assessments in training such as Gym Pass Out and Bottom Field Pass Out and what you have to do to pass them?

I'm especially curious to know what you have to do for gym pass out.

This post in the stickies section has a breakdown of training including the various pass outs.

Gym pass out is at week nine. I cant remember the requirments offhand but I will look in my old notes and see if I can find it.

The training is progressive so by week 9 you should be fit enough for the gym pass out. I remember the place where most people struggled was on the rope climbs. If you have problem with the rope climbs during training there is the opportunity for extra practice. This however is in your own time so its important to make sure you get yourself down the gym in the evening as no one will make you do it.

Thanks, thats good that you can get extra practice if you're falling behind with things. Hopefully it won't be necessary though.
