Hello lads

right, i do alot of circuit training, i push, push and push some more till im basically dead. When i'm running non-stop i obviously get out of breath and i start breathing heavily and i start to get weak and tired, but i push myself as far as i can go.. when i stop.. within 15-20 seconds sometimes longer i'm breathing back to normal and i feel fit to do it again...

is this good? or shull i carry on running more and more and don't stop?

The key is not to stop................ get it into your head that you need to keep going regardless of how tired you feel and how heavy your legs become. Slow the pace down for a minute or so maybe just to catch your breath, then really stick in some hard sprints......... maybe 1.5/2 mins at a time, repeat maybe three or four times and then continue with a steady run for another 5 or so mins. Make it that you don't want to or couldn't carry on. You'll reap the benefits.
