Hello lads
right, i do alot of circuit training, i push, push and push some more till im basically dead. When i'm running non-stop i obviously get out of breath and i start breathing heavily and i start to get weak and tired, but i push myself as far as i can go.. when i stop.. within 15-20 seconds sometimes longer i'm breathing back to normal and i feel fit to do it again...
is this good? or shull i carry on running more and more and don't stop?
