Welcome back & best of luck this time around.
The thing for those leaving is that the concept of rejoining, at that point of departure, is laughable so it doesn't really matter what people say to try to convince anyone otherwise.
What I find is those deciding to quit will draw strength from those likewise considering leaving so that it reinforces the decision to go.
Once people are in a better place, rested, recovered and the stresses of training a distant memory, the bug is very often still there.
It's wrong to say "I told you so" because at the time, it was the right decision from the recruit's perspective. It takes a lot of guts to leave for whatever reason then start again from scratch.
Best of luck this time around.
