Welcome to the site mate. Good luck with quitting smoking! If you've got any questions then ask away! Someone will usually have an answer!

Welcome!

Does anyone know if there are a lot of smokers in the Marines? Or does it really screw you up?

I wouldn't reccomend it Sotiris,
I'd doubt there are that many,
doesn't do you any favours with the physical side of things,
and you need all the breath you can get.

Ironiacally yes there are a few, in training from what I saw in my troop it was about 20%.

Hi mate good luck with quiting those cancer sticks, remember its all in the mind. When I did the look at life course in Lympstone there were quite a few recruits smoking outside the dinner hall.
