Hey.
I should be over in the UK by January '09.
By the looks of things the new PJFT will be in full affect by then.
My upper body strength is amazing... here's my stats.
Press-ups in 2 minutes: 58
Sit ups in 2 minutes: 72
Pull Ups: 9
I usually do circuit training every other day to keep my fitness levels up.
BUT.
I haven't been running in a long time. I was just wondering, what's the best way to get my distance up quickly?
Should I just start off with running like this....:
Week 1: 1 mile.
Week 2: 1.5 miles
Week 3: 2.0 miles
Week 4: 2.5 Miles
Week 5: 3.0 Miles
Week 6: 3.5 Miles...
You get the rest. Do you think that's sufficient enough?
Thanks,
Jamie
