help on diet

I jst need abit ov advice about eatin healthy.
I aint tht healthy so i was just wonderin...2 get fit for RM do u need 2 change *text deleted* diet completely or r ther certain foods u shud eat 2 help. If so what r they?

just simple changes can help alot, for example... when you want a big greasy chocolate bar have a banana instead, avoid cheese and fried foods.

this is my diet i usually eat
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal 2 pints of water + an apple

Dinner: Ham sandwhich (something light) + Orange

Tea: Pasta and cheese (or rice with a chicken stock cube) 2pints of water and abit of fruit

I train after my Tea, Circuits first than a run either 6mile (mostly hill) or a 2.5mile (mostly hill) or sometimes just a straight run

Supper : Chicken Sandwhiches and water

:) change the stuff around mate like Pasta n cheese eat like Potato change for different days and for chicken eat lean steak or beef, stuff like that mate :)

I need to lay off the chicken burgers, it really slowed me down on the treadmill the other day.
