I've had a groin/abdominal strain since jan 15th and it hasnt completely gone, I can walk fine but if i do a quick sharp turn or run it hurts. I've got to get my PRMC done soon so I need some help, I can tolerate the pain when running to an extent but I need to be tip top for prmc and It has gotten to apoint where it's very irritating.

get it checked out, no one here can tell for sure what it is

I had it checked out man because i thought it could be a hernia but the doctor said it was just a common ab/groin strain

ah fair play well to be honest i would just stretch it for abit then start doing exercises when you feel better well core exercises anyway, also work on your back/lower back if you don't already

cheers man. any good core building and back exercises you coould reccomend?

Ehem, Back exercises; Deadlifts, pull ups, squats, not sure about others that I can vouch for, will post with more as/if I remember them.
