Ive already posted somert like this before but im still unsure. At the moment i struggling on press ups whcih i used to be good at, i dunno where i am with the sit ups, and running is good (not timed recently) to be honest im not sticking to my training routine properly. but will i be ready to apply in january??

u are the only one who can make that happen , as long as u can do the basic 1.5mile run in 12:30 then another 1.5mile run in under 10:30 , 80 sit ups in 2 mins , 6 pull ups 60 press ups and get to level 11 on a bleep test then u should be ok .

but start 'extra phys' ya self now boyo !!!
