alright lads ive just started training hopefully will get a place on the prmc, ive started doing 3.5 mile runs 4 times a week and am about to start training on upper body strength any other tips u might have 4 me r welcome, my brother joined the marines but only did 6 weeks of basic i dont want to make the same mistakes he did.

good luck with the training ive started training properly this week aswell running around 5 k 3 or 4 times a week with swimming aswell , my main weakness is strenght so will jump on the weights aswell soon.
