Hi there. Been thinking of joining the RMs for some time now but can you join if you wear glasses? If not can you after laser eye surgery?

Oh no, not this topic again! There's a lot of threads on this dotted around so do a search. To summarise all the cr@p and give you a simple answer:

Yes, You can join if you wear glasses (or Contacts) so long as your pescription isn't worse than VA3 (= + or - 6 on you pescription).

Yes, you can join after LASEK (better than LASIK) laser surgery, but you'd have to wait a year.

You would never be able to be a Sniper or Aircrew, but most other specialisations are fine.
