Holiday over leave in RT

Firstly I’m assuming it’s two weeks of leave over Christmas for RT?
Over the Christmas leave would I be able to leave the country (holiday) or is that not permitted?

Correct. As for leaving the country, it depends where. I believe that there are certain places that permission has to be sought.

Odds are, there won't be an issue but the usual caveats apply - don't book an outward journey with a check-in time any sooner than 24 hours after the scheduled leave start time and make sure you are scheduled to arrive back in UK at least 48 hours befor you are due back at CTC. Buy cancellation insurance, read-up on Op Temperer.

Get permission to travel upon joining CTC. If delayed on the return journey, ring CTC at least 24 hours before your leave expires, get written evidence in case of dispute & take out adequate cancellation insurance.
