Although, I'm pretty sure that for evey beep you either have to have arms bent or straight.

That's pretty impressive! so are his other vids, though i don't think he's going low enough- in PRMC you have to touch your chest against your partners fist (which is clenched palm down on the floor) otherwise it's not counted

Yep not one of them would have counted. They would have told him to stand up and he'd be on a train back home unfortunately.

If you don't traing all the way down, you aren't training the right mucles to do it and don't expect to pull it out on the prmc.

Hah, I was just watching that the other day, very impressive.. I can barely stay in the pushup position for 2 mins let alone 8 and actually doing pushups. :bigsmile:
