I know that once passing training you are a royal marine, but there are multiple bridges 3 commando, 45 commando etc, so i was wondering which one would you get put in and how would you know. Hoping someone can shead some light thanks.

45 is a Commando, not a brigade. 3 Cdo Bde is made up of 30 Cdo IX Gp RM, 40 Cdo RM, 42 Cdo RM, 43 Cdo RM. You'll go to either 40, 45 or 43.

42 is now a maritime specialised unit so can't say for certain if you'd go there straight out the box, happy to be corrected though.

You will express your drafting preferences towards the end of recruit training and will be given an assignment order, detailling which commando unit you will be joining.

All this is done on the Joint Personnel Adminstration computer system (JPA).

Whilst you can express a preference, the service will endeavour to meet this but ultimately you'll be drafted as required.
