People....i understand what tests you have to complete like 1.5 mile run and the sit ups and push ups etc. but how long do you have to do each one? thanks

1st 1.5 miles in under 12mins 30s
2nd 1.5 miles in under 10mins 30s

Push ups - 60 (2 minutes)
Sit ups - 80 (2 minutes)
Pull ups - 6

Push ups, sit ups and pull ups have to be done to your best effort but aim to get the above scores if possible!? If u can do more in the times provided then go for it!

The target level for the bleep test is 13 aswell (Y)

Another thing, when you do your pressups, situps and pullups. Make sure you do them properly. Otherwise they deduct points.
