how many press ups,sit ups and pull ups do u have to do at the prmc?

PRMC
VO2 Max (Bleep Test)

9.5 or less = 1
9.6-9.9 = 2
10.0-10.9 = 3
11.0-11.8 = 4
11.9-12.6 = 5
12.7-13.0 = 6

Press-Ups

19 or less = 1
20-25 = 2
26-32 = 3
33-40 = 4
41-50 = 5
51-60 = 6

Sit-Ups

25 or less = 1
26-32 = 2
33-40 = 3
41-50 = 4
51-65 = 5
66-80 = 6

Pull Ups

1 = 1
2 = 2
3 = 3
4 = 4
5 = 5
6 = 6

thats how gym test 1 is marked mate and you have to get a minimum of 18 to pass with atleast 4 points on each test but remember the royal marines fitness assesment gym test 1 is the easiest part of the course so dont put to much emphasis on this part of it. on mine the hardest part was the sprints after gym test 2 on day 2 as your just hanging out by then and theres nolet up.

Just aim for 60 of each mate and you should have no problem!.. Thats all i do!.. Just aim high buddy! :laugh: .. Practice makes perfect mate!..

Be aware that the grading bish has posted is for RMAD. The actual PRMC scoring is only known to the PRMC staff in order to discourage people doing the amount that they think will earn them a pass and then stopping.

It can be used as a guide but just remember to get it 100% at all times. You could max out on press ups and sit ups but still fail if the PRMC staff think you have been resting on your laurels.

yer too right mate just dont give up on anything i though itd go without saying max out on everything if 30s your limit try and get to 35 on your prmc if 60s your limit aim for 65 on it. if you put it in and you get a decent score youl pass it just go till you cant do anymore.
