How to improve routine?

Hi,
Just wonderin how to improve my routine, this is what i currently do:
Every day
3 or 4 x 20 pressups
1 x 15 pressups
4 x 4 chinups(can do more if i push but got big blisters)
1 x 50 situps
1 x 30 situps
1x 25 situps(focusing on side obliques)

I go for a 1.5 mile run but only when i feel like it. Im not that good but current best time is 10.55

If i can do anything more intense please tell me.

I also want to put on weight. I am extremely light although a lot of my mates are lighter.
I am 14 and weigh 8 stone 4, any foods which help?

well your not that light your only 14 remeber! you got plenty of time to grow just keep doing what your doing and increase the reps you do and try to go for longer runs, and a tip make sure u got proper running trainers etc

im like, just coming up to 14 and it has been a struggle for me to keep myself motivated, just run run run, but not too much, if that makes sense? :?
