Hi all, recently got a lot of back pain while doing a lot of work to strengthen my glutes, I think its due to me hyperextending my back. I found this video and thought I would share as it seems to work. If anyone has any advice on how to stop myself from hyperextending during squats etc then I'd be very glad to hear it.
