I allways need a *text deleted* before my run

I think about running, and then get ready, and by the time i've done that i need a *text deleted*. Is this normal? or can i overcome it

Seriously though, when it comes to number two, your body tends to expect you to do it at a certain time of the day.

If you're eating a lot of fruit and fibre (oaty cereals), you'll tend to go a lot more, which is actually a lot better for you than most people think.

All I can suggest is you try and go at a different time of the day when you don't need it. If you can manage to squeeze one out, keep trying it at whatever time of the day is most convenient for you and your body should adjust to it after a few days.
