If I fail an Navy/RM medical can I immediately apply for the Army

Yes, but med standards are the same (just applied slightly differently).

Before anyone can give a more complete answer they would have to know what the issue is.

I have a wonky toe. It barely overlappes like 2mm but it still does.

I have a toe which very slightly overlappes. We are talking like 2mm everyone I know says it'll be fine but I keep telling them how strict the medicals are. I have heard the army is a bit lighter on their interpretation of this rule.
