*text deleted* been using this, for at leats 5 weeks, and its ace. I have improved my push ups by around 15 extra. And its totally bulged out my chest and shoulders.

The guy is a prat, and i *text deleted* slap him.....but the regime is excellent.

Hi All

Is that rest position recognised by the royal marines, i thought the body had to stay straight in the rest position.

do sumthing like that, e.g 10 inners but push out and clap into the 2nd set or a wider grip then push out and clap to another wider set. all good.
