Hi chaps, I've just re-applied and I'm thinking I may have an issue.....
Basically 3 years ago I was prescribed an inhaler by some numpty doctor who could barely speak English and didn't have the time of day for me and I'm 100% certain I was miss diagnosed, I've never had any breathing issues or any worries of asthma or anything similar. I'm aware that you need to be clear of a prescribed inhaler for 4 years so for me this would be an irritating set back.
Anyone had a similar problem and know what to do about it? Any advice would be gratefully received.
Many thanks.

If you didn't need an inhaler, then you need to definitively establish, with evidence, why you went to see the doctor, why an inhaler was prescribed & what condition you did have.

If the GP admits an incorrect diagnosis, you have no prior history & you produce a credible peak flow diary, it may be considered but if not, an appeal may take longer than than the time left to wait if additional specialist appointments are required.
