Guys found an interesting couple of videos about injury prevention done by the navy seals to prevent guys getting injured while at BUDs. Wish i had of seen these a while back as it could if prevented me having 8 months of physio and ending up leaving my application to go to uni. Dont know if these have been posted before but thought i would stick them up

I dont think the running progression applies as much as the others but thought i would stick it in anyway. Hopefully this helps others prevents becoming injured!

Brilliant find. I'm sure this will help most of us on here, as I think we all have some niggles don't we?
Maybe it should be stickied in the Common Training Injuries forum, if it can be?

Seen these before, very useful vids indeed.

Would you recommend half an hour of these 'proper' stretches on rest days and obviously just standard stretching on training days?

Thanks for this, a good find.

Going to to 2 'rest/active recovery' days with most of these now. Dodgy shoulder is limiting my training at the moment!
