Before RT? I would think a lot of Rest

You got like 2 and a half weeks left?

I would say train for a maxium of a week / week and a half , with rest days in between.

Good Luck with training and of course RT

but don't over do it

all the best mate

I would have thought that someone who had passed the PRMC would already have done some interval or fartlek training...

Just wondering if I should be going out and doing fartlek/interval running at the start of training or should i wait till i have a better base of fitness by doing steady runs?
